We want you to be completely satisfied with your sacred art purchase. If you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and certificates.
Custom commissions, consecrated items specifically prepared for you, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original cryptocurrency wallet or payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or piece, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require payment of any price difference.
